Join Scott for a playful and empowering workshop designed for anyone curious about or looking to improve their arm balances and inversions. Whether you’re learning crow pose for the first time, exploring headstands, or already comfortable upside down, this workshop will meet you where you are.

Scott will guide you through warm-ups, strength drills, and technique tips to help you safely take flight — or face and overcome the fear of going upside down. If you’ve ever thought, “I’m not sure how to get into crow,” or “I don’t feel safe in headstand,” this is your chance to build confidence, learn progressions, and have some fun along the way!

No matter your level, brand-new flyer or seasoned upsidedowner — this workshop is for you!

$45 per person/$40 for Unlimited Monthly Members.
