In this creative snack-building class, kids practice kid-safe knife skills while slicing their own apples and learning how to make a simple after-school snack independently. After cutting, they drizzle, sprinkle, and decorate their apple nachos using a variety of toppings. It’s an empowering and fun way to build kitchen confidence.

Instructed by Lauren Johnson, MS in Human Nutrition, Registered Dietician and owner of Radically Empowered Nutrition where she provides 1 on 1 nutrition counseling.
