Deposit: Non-refundable
Full Payment Due: 60 days before event
Cancellations:
Within 60 days: No refund
60–90 days: 50% refund (minus deposit)
Over 90 days: Full refund (minus deposit)
Loyalty Members: Pay deposit only — final payment reminder will be sent.
