Tap into the Trails

The Cheboygan area is excited for you to explore all of the trails in their region with the second annual Tap into the Trails, Saturday, Sept. 27.

Here are a few ways to join in the fun:

RUN/WALK:
Top of Michigan Trails Council
Top of Michigan Trails Council will be there hosting the Tap into the Trails 5k/10k to illustrate how easy it is to access the North Central and North Eastern state trails from Festival Square in downtown Cheboygan. Visit the registration page to learn more. Races begin at 8 a.m.

RIDE:

Little Traverse Conservancy
With Little Traverse Conservancy, Top of Michigan Trails Council is leading a bike ride from Festival Square to the Barbara C. Hoffius Nature Preserve, highlighting two easily accessible trails from Cheboygan. Signup and details are available on Little Traverse Conservancy's website. Please note the total time will be close to three hours and is not recommended for small children. Helmets are encouraged.
