Members Exclusive - Team Step Challenge

The Step Challenge is back for January & February 2026! 👟

Here’s how it will work:

- Let me know if you’d like to take part

- Participants will be placed into random teams

- Each week, send your step count to Kim (a photo/screenshot from your fitness app is required)

- Each week, send in a photo of you out on a walk (make it fun)

- Those not taking part that week will vote for the best photo — the winning team will receive a 10,000-step bonus

- Additional bonus steps will be available throughout by completing mini challenges

There will be a prize for the overall winning team 🎉
