FREE - Zen Go with the Flow child-friendly yoga class

Free Family-Friendly Yoga with Angela from ZenGo

Come along for a relaxed, hybrid yoga session designed with parents, carers, and children in mind. The class combines simple strengthening moves with calming stretches and breathing, perfect for building energy and finding a bit of balance in your day.

Monday 15th September: 1pm - 1.45pm
Monday 29th September: 1pm - 1.45pm

Little ones are welcome! They can join you on the mat, or play nearby with their toys. We recommend bringing your own mat, plus a few favourite toys or activities to keep them busy.

These sessions are really about you, giving parents and carers the chance to move, stretch, and feel good, while creating a child-friendly space where everyone feels comfortable.
