Embodied Peace

EMBODIED PEACE - Join me in Tilbury at the Leisure Centre on September 21, 2025 for a Special Practice in honour of the International Day of Peace. This special class will include breathwork, seated and reclined restorative postures followed by Yoga Nidra. This combination class is intended to nourish and reset the nervous system, invite inner calm, facilitate creativity, reduce anxiety and improve sleep quality. Peace truly starts within.
