This playful, hands-on workshop invites you to discover how early literacy develops naturally through daily routines, play, and interactions. Together, we’ll explore how to intentionally nurture key early literacy skills! You’ll leave with fresh ideas, practical strategies, and renewed inspiration to make early literacy visible and meaningful everywhere.
With over 40 years of dedication to early childhood education, Carrie Myers has a wealth of experience in nurturing young minds and empowering fellow educators. Carrie’s roles have included Early Childhood Educator, child care supervisor, college professor, Early Literacy Specialist and EarlyON supervisor. Today, her passion is fostering a love for early literacy through inspiring and motivating workshops for early childhood professionals.
This is a FREE workshop intended for all professionals working with children in Chatham-Kent early years settings.
