Sass Class

Sass Class is an empowering, high-energy sexy high heels dance class for all experience levels. Focusing on confidence, sensuality, and technique to a mix of pop, R&B and more. Participants learn choreographed routines, including floor work, strutting, and fluid movements, sometimes also using chairs, designed to boost confidence, improve strength, and encourage body positivity in a safe, supportive environment. Heels are optional and dressing up, (or down😉) is encouraged!
