With each breath, you’ll strip away the layers of doubt and distraction, connecting with the unstoppable energy you need to achieve your vision.

Bring what you need to be comfortable on the floor for the journey.(yoga mat or blanket for under your body, blanket for over your body, pillow for under head and knees) not essential but will help to promote the comfort of your experience.
