Meet Marianne Kish from Visiting Angels as she explains the GUIDE model, a dementia care model launched by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). It is the first Medicare initiative to reimburse non-medical home care services through a monthly per-beneficiary payment, making compassionate,
at-home support more accessible and affordable.
