Social District Salutations

This class is all about having fun and all levels of experience are welcome! You'll get a great stretch, some muscle toning, a little balance practice and hopefully some laughs! Participants are encouraged to grab a drink ahead of time at one of Charlotte's downtown restaurants that participate in our "social district" and bring it to class with you.

Please note that registration for this class does NOT include any alcohol, this is strictly a BYOB event. You're also welcome to just bring a drink from home, or bring nothing at all, as participation in the social district is simply a suggestion for having fun and supporting local. Grab a friend and start your weekend off right by adding some yoga into your life!
