In recognition of Martin Luther King Day, the Justice League of Greater Lansing will be giving a presentation that examines the historical events that created long-standing wealth inequities, and they will explore the concept of reparations, why it’s important, and how they’re addressing the racial wealth gap in the Greater Lansing area.

The Justice League was created in 2021 to repair the breach caused by the historical damage of slavery and its aftermath. In the spirit of repentance for racism, they are working to build relationships and facilitate reparations between houses of worship and collaborative partners. Making the presentation will be co-founder and president of the Justice League, Prince Solace, and co-founder and vice president, Willye Bryan.
