Alchemy Flow Yoga - 2.5 Hour Immersive Class

Where your body becomes the vessel of alchemy—a sacred journey of movement, breath, and presence to awaken consciousness. Join us for this 2.5-hour immersive practice and come to your mat as a sacred ritual. Through asana, meditation, pranayama, and sacred sound, you’ll gently release what no longer serves and return to your most radiant, connected self.

Level: Mixed-level (accessible to beginners while offering depth and challenge for advanced practitioners).

This class is also a special community offering to introduce potential YTT trainees and our Ambient community members to Laura Castillo, her teaching style, and the embodied approach that will be woven into the upcoming Yoga Teacher Training at Ambient.
