Wheel of Fortune: Exploring the Chakras

Focusing on the Crown Chakra, join Deborah for an evening of sound healing, guided meditation, journaling and pranayama to get your energy flowing towards that of true spiritual harmony. You'll also learn about the history and practical understanding of the chakra system.

There will be no physical asana practice, and all are welcome. Please bring a notebook/journal and wear comfortable clothes.

Each session of these series are independent, meaning you are more than welcome to attend this session, even if you didn’t come to the previous ones.
