We’re serving up a 60-minute endorphin boost:✨ 30 minutes of mat Pilates with The Sweat Sanctuary

• Co-taught by Franny Radeka & Mary Ann Stisher✨ 30 minutes of rhythm-based spin with Hot Girl Cycle Club
• Coached by Kylie Bissell

Your ticket includes access to vendors hosted by The Charleston Wellness Club! (You do not need to purchase two tickets)

Doors open at 9:00 AM

Class starts at 9:30 AM

What to bring:

• Water
• Pilates/Yoga Mat
• Spin Shoes (If you have them. There will be $3 rentals if needed)
