Join us on Rare Disease Day, February 28th, 2026, as we walk for Nathaniel, “Nate” a brave little boy living with PKAN, a rare and progressive neurological disease with no cure. PKAN affects Nate’s movement, speech, and daily life, but his joyful spirit and faith never fades.
This event raises funds for Nate’s essential needs, including adaptive equipment, a mobility service dog, and support for PKAN Gene Therapy Research. Together, we can help Nate stay safe, included, and surrounded by hope. 🎗️
