Join us as we connect with the spirit of Damiana, an ancestral plant ally known for igniting creativity, softening the heart, and awakening the inner song. After this guided tea meditation, there will be supportive prompts to help unthread a melody from your spirit.
You’ll be guided through a mindful tea ritual to meet the essence of Damiana. Through breath, intention, and sensory awareness, we will invite her to open our hearts, attune our intuition, and support our creative channel.
Drop into a meditative journey designed to help you listen inwardly — to the subtle melodies, emotions, and messages that want to move through you. This meditation will serve as the seed for your writing.
Using guided prompts, you’ll craft your own short song, chant, or lyrical expression. No musical experience is needed — this is about authenticity, not performance.
In intimate breakout groups, you’ll have the opportunity to share your writing, be witnessed, and connect with others in a compassionate, supportive container.
We will gather once more as a full circle to vocalize together and integrate the evening’s journey with a simple call-and-response song, anchoring our creations into the body and community.
If you feel called, you’ll be invited to share your personal song with the wider group. This is an opportunity to be held, uplifted, and celebrated exactly as you are.
Optional: An altar item (flower, crystal, or symbol of creativity)
