Shift Pilates and Soul Studio are teaming up for a restorative evening designed to help you soften, reset, and glow from the inside out.

We’ll begin with a slow, supported stretch led by Shift — gentle movement to melt tension, open the body, and quiet the mind.

Then Soul Studio will guide you through a rejuvenating Gua Sha ritual, crafted to encourage lymphatic flow, brighten the skin, sculpt the face, and leave you feeling deeply renewed.

We’ll close with a grounding cool-down to settle the nervous system so you walk out calmer, lighter, and ready for your best sleep.
