A Guided Journey into the Inner Landscape with Internal Family Systems (IFS)

We all carry inner voices. Some are supportive, while others hold us back, criticize us, or keep us from taking risks. In this introductory Shadow Work Circle with IFS, we’ll gently explore the parts of ourselves we often push away—the voices that arise when we feel vulnerable, stuck, or uncertain.

This class offers a guided, experiential approach to shadow work, drawing from the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model. You’ll learn how to relate to your protective parts with compassion and curiosity, rather than judgment or resistance. This is not therapy, but it can be deeply healing.

Together we’ll move through meditation, guided reflection, and optional sharing. We’ll close with a simple ritual to honor the insight that arises and dedicate it to our own continued unfolding.

No experience is necessary. Just bring an open heart and a willingness to explore your inner world with care. This class will serve as a taste of what may become an ongoing circle of practice and self-discovery.

FACILITATOR BIO: Michael Lewis

Michael Lewis is a transformational coach, group facilitator, and spiritual guide with a background in psychology, behavior change, and contemplative practice. He holds a master’s degree in psychology, is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, and integrates teachings from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Buddhist heart practices into his work.

Michael creates spaces where people feel safe to explore the truth of their inner world. With a warm and grounded presence, he helps others meet the parts of themselves that have long gone unseen or unheard. His work is rooted in the belief that healing happens when we bring love and awareness to the places we’ve been taught to fear.

He has supported people through personal transformation, psychedelic integration, grief, spiritual awakening, and the slow, steady return to Self. Whether in one-on-one coaching, group work, or ceremonial spaces, Michael offers an invitation to come home to what is real.
