In celebration of Community Yoga’s 10-year anniversary, Ashlee is bringing back her beloved Points & Poses workshops while she is briefly back in town this Fall. Join us for two unique sessions blending yoga and gentle acupuncture to support your body’s natural rhythms during the seasonal shift.

Workshop One: Grounding into Late Summer — Yoga, Acupuncture & Seasonal Self-Care
Friday, September 26 | 6:00–8:00pm | $45

Late Summer in Chinese Medicine is guided by the Earth element, connected to the Stomach and Spleen. This is a time to steady ourselves, strengthen digestion, and prepare for the inward turn of Autumn.
In this extended workshop, you’ll explore grounding yoga sequences, balancing pranayama, and seasonal self-care practices. We’ll also dive into practical ways to support your immune system and digestive health through Autumn, with space for Q&A and guided reflection. The evening closes with a nourishing acupuncture treatment in savasana—offered as a seasonal reset for body and mind.
Participants will also receive a simple self-care kit to continue nurturing their Earth element at home.
