Do you struggle with intrusive thoughts, OCD behaviors, or the frustrations that come with an overactive mind? You’re not alone. Our therapist-led support group provides understanding, encouragement, and practical strategies to help you navigate the challenges of OCD-type thinking.

What to Expect:
Led by Dr. Etta GanttDr. Gantt holds an MS and PhD in Counseling from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, with experience across diverse settings including juvenile court, Pr*son, non-profits, and college counseling. She takes a humanistic, relationship-first approach and is passionate about working with clients of all ages and backgrounds. She is LGBTQ+ affirming and dedicated to inclusive, culturally sensitive care.
When she’s not counseling, Etta enjoys exercising, traveling, catching a movie, and spending time with her husband, friends, and family in Charleston.
