Mound Town Spin Around-Last LSD Run Before Jack 15

Hey Everyone! A bunch of our Gang will be racing the Elk River Trail Half..and or volunteering at it. 🙌However the ones not and wanna come get 10 (or less) roller mile smiles, we will be meeting at the Mound at 730am. This is my favorite route! It combines up & down rollers and flats, plus it’s fun! If you haven’t been on the route it goes over Central Ave Bridge/Kanawha Turnpike/Mountain/Daverton/Churchill/Maefair/Newcastle/Greenmeadow. Drops off on to the 119 Access Rd-Jefferson Rd Overpass-MacCorkle. Covering a lotta neighborhoods with breezy views and fun! ⚠️There will Not be a Grrl Gang LSD run next Sunday Sept 21st. We will be in South Dakota!! If ya can make it come out for whatever miles ya wanna. Bring your good vibes as a send off to us racing next weekend at the oldest road race in the Midwest, the Jack 15! (The other 15 miler in the country). 🌽🐇💨Apply your sunscreen, bring your snax/gels and hydration. See ya at the Mound 7:30am Sunday Aug 14!!
