Mideast Chapter of the WOCN® Conference - Vendors

We look forward to seeing our industry partners and vendors again this year for our Mideast Chapter of the WOCN® Conference.

Dates: Thursday, September 11-Saturday, September 13, 2025.

The Mideast Chapter of the WOCN® reaches over 500+ WOC nurses from Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, West Virginia, and Kentucky.

Single Table - $1,500
Includes (1) 6’ table + 2 chairs + 2 representatives badges + small identification sign.

Bed Vendor - $3,000
Includes 2 spaces for one bed + small table + 2 representative badges + 2 chairs + small identification sign. All bed companies are required to be registered as a Bed Vendor. We must limit 1 bed per 2 spaces. If you would like to show 2 beds then you will be required to purchase 2 bed spaces ($6,000).

Additional Badge - $150

• Space is limited and will sell out. First Come, First Served!
• Table locations are based on sponsorship and date of registration/payment.
• Vendors will only have access to the Vendor Hall
• Table assignments will be provided upon check-in along with conference details and badges.
• Vendors may not sponsor hospitality rooms during vendor hall hours or when educational offerings occur.
• Vendor Hall will take place at the Embassy Suites by Hilton (300 Court Street, Charleston, West Virginia 25301) in the Ballroom ABC. This room is carpeted.

• Credit Card Payment only.
• An attendee list will be sent via email to the main contact POST conference only.
• Vendors are responsible for any electric and/or setup fees.
• The vendor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages and claims arising out of the vendor's management company, as well as their respective agents, servants, and employees from any and all such losses, damages, and claims.
• Electricity, labor and shipping to be arranged directly with the venue.

Info: Vendor Hall will take place at the Embassy Suites by Hilton (300 Court Street, Charleston, West Virginia 25301) in the Ballroom ABC. Registration is right outside of Ballroom.

Info: Ballroom ABC - Vendors are welcome to host a dinner or hospitality on Thursday evening AFTER the Vendor Hall ends. All marketing and invitations to these events are the responsibility of the vendor.
