Jake Casebolt Memorial Workout & T-Shirt Sale

Join us as we honor and celebrate the life of Airman 1st Class Jake Casebolt by doing one of his favorite activities, group fitness!

Saturday, September 6th at 3:00pm at Crossfit 304 (721 Crescent Rd #3306, Charleston, WV 25302).

The workout will be for all fitness levels and ages. Prizes (small:-) will be awarded.

Registration & Memorial T-shirt is $30. You can purchase the Memorial T-Shirt (still $30) and not do the workout. Just go through the registration process indicate that you will not be participating.

All proceeds go to support the family.
