In this 2-hour practice you’ll explore Yin and Yang movement, guided meditation, and the symbolic nature of intentional embodiment. Drawing from TCM Meridian theory, Taoist wisdom, and Rolfing principles, this is yoga as a practice of nuance, presence, and profound sanity—on the mat and in life.
