For anyone that’s ever asked themselves the big questions, this is for you. Meet Sarah Poe: midwife of the soul, mother to the world, and lover of Sophia and the Stars. A lowcountry local, she’s coming to The Sophia Institute early September with a workshop on The Gene Keys.
The Gene Keys is a contemplative system developed by Richard Rudd that blends genetics, psychology, and spiritual insight to help us understand who we are. This powerful body of work invites us to explore our unique genetic makeup and energetic blueprint – to understand our patterns, unlock our potential, and live from Truth rather than our conditioning.
And then comes Sarah, embodying the Divine Feminine herself, asking: What happens when The Gene Keys meet Sophia?
Sarah Poe guides this journey through a unique lens: the wisdom of Sophia and the ancient Star teachings of Astrosophy, a pre-patriarchal, feminine approach to the stars that predates modern astrology and restores a natural rhythm aligned with the soul.
As we explore the Gene Keys, we contemplate the hidden patterns in your DNA that shape how you relate, love, and lead. Through guided reflection, meditation, and dialogue, you will begin to transform limiting patterns ( your “Shadows”) into the Gifts that are uniquely yours to share with the world.

In a time where many feel disconnected or overwhelmed, this workshop offers a grounded, accessible way to return to your inner truth, reconnect with your body’s wisdom and purpose. What once wounded you, now becomes your wisdom and medicine to share with others.

Meet Sarah Poe:
Sarah Poe is a mother, a spiritual guide, and a devoted steward of the Way of Love. With a deep reverence for Indigenous Wisdom, the Magdalen Mysteries, and the Light of Christ, she supports individuals and families in remembering their divine nature and reclaiming their unique path of purpose and healing.
Sarah works with what she calls the Soul’s Blueprint: a multidimensional map that integrates Astrosophy, Human Design, The Gene Keys, and elemental embodiment. Through this synthesis, she gently guides others to align with their innate genius, embody their truth, and live in harmony with the rhythms of the Earth and cosmos.
As a Midwife of the Soul, Sarah walks alongside others through life’s sacred thresholds, whether they be seasons of birth, loss, transformation, or deep remembering. Her sessions, retreats, and group journeys are held as living altars of Grace, where she invites Spirit to move through breath, body, and presence.
With training in somatic healing and a background in ceremonial work, Sarah creates safe, sacred spaces that honor both the human and divine aspects of each individual journey. Her approach is intuitive, relational, and deeply grounded in the wisdom of the body.
Sarah brings a unique lens to her work through the Sophianic tradition—a reawakening of the Divine Feminine as seen in the ancient star wisdom of Astrosophy. She sees herself as a bridge between heaven and earth, science and spirit, helping others come home to the goodness and grace within themselves and all of life.
