Awareness in the Body, Compassion in the Heart
Our culture teaches women to perform sensuality, to be desirable, to shape ourselves in response to others.
Buddhist teachings whisper a different invitation: to feel what is true in our bodies without rushing, proving, or judging. To let sensation arise as sensation, without story. To practice slowing down enough to see our desire clearly. Not for show, but just for ourselves.
In this workshop, we’ll explore sensuality as an expression of awareness—not as something to perform, but as something to inhabit. Together, we ask: How do we feel safe in our own bodies? How do we honor our desire, our boundaries, our seasons of opening and closing?
Through meditation, mindful movement, reflection and discussion, we’ll learn to meet ourselves more honestly, softly, and gently.
Workshop includes a copy of the book Sensual Soul Shine: The Reclamation of the Feminine ( https://www.amazon.com/Sensual-Soul-Shine-Reclamation-Feminine/dp/1916529178).
Come share in circles that honor the truth of where you are in your journey — your seasons, your boundaries, your tenderness.
The invitation is simple: Come home to your body. Come home to yourself.
The tenderness you were born with is still here.

Facilitator Bios for Kim Lange and Molly Bina:
Kim Lange (she/her) is a Producer, Curator, and Mindfulness Meditation Teacher from Hawai’i and California based in Charleston, South Carolina. Her work at WE Coast Studio moves at the intersection of sacred inquiry and creative expression—gathering people into spaces where art becomes ritual, wellness becomes communion, and connection becomes a form of collective healing. Her parents, both Vipassana teachers, opened their Honolulu home each week to sangha for dharma talks and insight meditation—a practice of presence that planted deep roots in her. Today, she shares this lineage with humility and heart as a graduate of Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach’s Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program, supported by the Awareness Training Institute, the Greater Good Science Center at UC Berkeley, and the International Mindfulness Teachers Association.Learn more at wecoaststudio.com
First as a humble student to Life, Molly Bina (she/her) has always had a mystical heart. A lover of depth who loves bringing heart and wisdom to the taboo, Molly was led to the healing world after experiencing severe OCD when she was 18. Somatic tantric practices, reclaiming genuine pleasure, Buddhist principles, modern neuroscience, and recently, mystical Christianity and prayer, has helped her come home to herself in a way she never would have sought out for herself otherwise. With these healing practices, she began to simultaneously shift, little by little, her relationship to life with OCD, and has wanted to be a guide through the dark for those who may have similar battles with mental health. As a certified Tantra teacher and Love, Sex & Relationship Coach with over a decade of training in mindfulness and meditation, Molly brings a grounded, heart-centered approach to this work of reimagining Eros.Learn more at mollybina.com
