We’re bringing the community together to walk, talk, and sip each week!
✨ No purchase necessary to participate — just bring yourself and a smile!
✨ For those who choose to grab a drink after, you’ll get a punch card. Each time you walk + purchase, you’ll earn a punch. Collect 5 punches and enjoy a special drink on us!

📍 Meet at: South Charleston Nutrition
🚶‍♀️ Route: Walk to Oakes Field, get some laps in, then head back together.
📅 When: Every Saturday (continuing weekly until weather or time doesn’t allow).
