Cheers to 10 Years of Poogan's Smokehouse: 4-Course Dinner & Bulleit Pairing

Ten years deserves more than just a toast. On Thursday, October 23, we’re going hog wild for our 10-Year Anniversary Celebration, and you’re invited.

Here’s how the night plays out:

Four-Course Dinner + Bulleit Pairings (6pm)

• Kick off the evening with a chef-curated dinner, each course paired with a thoughtful Bulleit selection.
• Dinner tickets are $75 per person (tax & gratuity excluded) and include two raffle entries. Your ticket could land you a bottle of whiskey, Poogan’s Hospitality gift cards, or Smokehouse merch.
• Only 65 seats available, so grab yours now.

The Menu

• First Course: Beef Bacon
  Smoked black pepper steen’s cane syrup lacquer, spicy green sauce, finger lime
  Paired with Bulleit 95 Rye
• Second Course: Pork Prime Rib
  Crispy greens, sorghum-glazed finger sweets, apple butter, spicy peanut brown butter vinaigrette
  Paired with Bulleit 10-Year
• Third Course: “Salisbury Steak”
  Smoked beef cheeks, Raven Farms mushroom gravy, Marsh Hen Mill grits, okra
  Paired with Bulleit 10-Year Rye
• Dessert: Beignets
  Pawpaw pudding, bacon powder, bourbon butterscotch, muscadine gel
  Paired with Bulleit Single Malt

Ten-Year Anniversary Celebration (Kicks off at 7:30pm – no ticket required!)

• Live music from Noah Jessup (7:30pm - 10pm)
• Complimentary appetizer station + celebration cake (8pm)
• Raffles, giveaways, and swag (Ticketed dinner guests receive two raffle tickets. All other guests receive one raffle ticket at the door. Additional raffle tickets are $5 each.)
• $10 Bulleit 10-Year Manhattans all night long
• Roaming photographer

(Note: Dinner is ticketed but runs alongside regular dinner service. The restaurant is open to all as usual.)
