A weekend of conscious connected breathwork, community and connection.
Join me over a weekend to experience the power of breathwork over two themed breathwork journeys: Fire and Earth. In these sessions, you will experience a full spectrum of Breathwork, uncovering the hidden benefits and potential your breath holds
Saturday 31st jan
Fire: This session will ignite our inner fire. Using breath as a lighter to generate energy, improve mental clarity and help us to shed what no longer serves us 2-3.30 pm
Sunday, 1st of February:
Earth: Slow down your body and breathe. This grounded, and relaxation-based session will encourage you to focus on the now and be present and still 2-3.30 pm. Both sessions are designed so that you can attend either one or both.
Location: Lower Hewood Farm, Chard, TA20 4NR.
£25 per session or £40 for both
Open to all, no previous experience is required
Herbal tea and friendly chats are provided at the end of the session
Please BYO yoga mat and blanket; if you don't have them, some can be provided.
