If you haven’t joined us yet, consider this your invitation. Third Thursdays of the month. Good food. Good men. A better way to begin the day.
We open with a simple check-in and a question to ground us. Then each man will have a chance to speak about what’s real for him right now, what’s alive, what’s challenging, what matters. The only thing asked is that we listen no fixing, no advice, just presence.
We might explore a theme, we might not. What matters is that we show up, and that we’re in it together.
Why are we doing this?
Presence Project exists to help people reconnect with their attention, their purpose, and their own wisdom. We believe that each person has a unique role to play — a kind of calling — and that living into that is not only possible, but necessary.
The world is noisy. It’s easy to lose ourselves in distractions, identities, ideologies, and demands that pull us away from what matters. Our work is about creating spaces, tools, and experiences where people can slow down, come home to themselves, and build lives rooted in integrity, strength, and love.
We call it building an ecology of practice — a way of living that supports the integration of body, mind, and spirit. A way of being that helps us show up for ourselves, for others, and for the world in a more conscious, present way.
The Men’s Breakfast Club is one small part of that bigger picture.
If you’re someone who values real connection, presence, and community — we’d love to have you at the table.
We’ve got room for 8–10 men. Message us or comment below if you’re in.
Let’s start something real. One breakfast at a time.
