Childbirth Education for folks planning to birth at a Birth Center or at home.

6 Hour Immersion.
Including handouts and hands on practice. Includes Anatomy & Physiology, Hormones of Labor, Progression of Labor, Birth Mindset, Informed Consent & options for your birthing time, Birth preferences & Transfers, Comfort Measures & Support, Immediate Postpartum.

A great class for first time parents or folks planning their first unmedicated birth.
