Types of Flats: punctures, slow leaks, pinch flats, and blowouts
Causes of Flats: under inflation, objects outside the tire, worn out rim strips, etc
Tools/Supplies to Carry: a review of everything you need to carry on your bike to help you fix a flat. Or so that other folks can help you out!
Removal of Wheels: a review of how to remove wheels with different brake types
How to Remove and Install a New Tube

We will share tips and tricks we have learned from years of flat tires over generations of technological changes in bikes. We hope to see you there!
