The Orange County Department on Aging and the Project EngAGE End of Life Choices Senior Resource Team invite the public to attend a discussion on Advance Directives on October 23.
We spend much of our lives planning—careers, families, and milestones. But planning for the end of life is just as important. Understanding and completing advance directives ensures that your wishes for care are known and respected. To support our community in this important process, we invite you to join us for Advance Directives 101, a free educational program designed to guide you through the essentials of end-of-life planning.
This program will connect attendees with knowledgeable speakers who will explain key documents, provide practical guidance, and answer your questions. Whether you’re just getting started or looking to update your plans, this session offers clarity, confidence, and peace of mind.
Don’t miss this opportunity to take an important step in planning for your future care. Bring your questions and leave with the tools and resources you need to make informed decisions for yourself and your loved ones.
This FREE event will take place on Thu, Oct 23 from 4 – 6 pm, at the Seymour Center located at 2551 Homestead Rd in Chapel Hill. Light refreshments will be served.
Please register by Tue, Oct 21 at 919-968-2070.
If you have questions, please contact Shenae McPherson at 919-245-4243. We hope to see you there!
