About this Month’s Gathering:
October’s Harvest Moon / Supermoon rises this week, casting extra brilliance and energy into the night sky. We’ll gather just before peak illumination to ground, breathe, and flow together. The Harvest Moon is a time to reflect on growth, release what no longer serves, and celebrate abundance.
Relaxing Yoga Guided by Studio One
This gentle, all-levels yoga class is beginner-friendly and designed to connect you with your body, your breath, and the rhythm of the full moon.
