ZUMBA + Toning Thu/Sat mornings in Otterbourne, Winchester

The ultimate Zumba fitness combo, every Thursday and Saturday morning! Zumba runs from 9:15am-10am, while Zumba Toning crosses over from 9:45am-10:25am, you can book either session individually, or opt for the double session for just £8 (70mins total).

This combo class is primarily cardio focussed, with optional use of the Zumba 'Toning Sticks' (very light maraca-style hand weights) in some tracks for that added resistance work! Your instructor, Helen has completed additional Zumba training in Z-Glutes, Z-Core and Z-Burst (HIIT) to complement her Z-Toning license and knows how to bring you a seriously fun and effective workout in true Zumba style!
