TAP FIT follow-along fitness fun in Otterbourne, Winchester

'en Joy Tap Fit is perfect for all levels of Tap dancers, whether you want to start learning tap dancing without too much tricky choreography, or just want to practise your skill for fun and fitness and add your own flair. This is a fun, easy to follow class with repetitive steps and simple sequences, focusing on creating rhythms to the music. This class is a great way to challenge co-ordination and musicality, while also boosting cardiovascular fitness, lower body strength and balance. These classes consist of a mixture of simple exercises and movements to a mixture of music from 40s swing to music of today. Don't worry if you don't have tap shoes and want to see how you go before you invest in a pair - just bring some comfortable hard-soled footwear that will make a sound!
