MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR:
MARK WILLIS
Chief Leadership Officer, Keller Williams Realty International
Mark Willis is a seasoned leadership expert and real estate visionary, currently serving as Chief Leadership Officer at Keller Williams Realty International, the world’s largest residential real estate franchise by agent count. In this role, he drives strategic initiatives to grow and develop agents and market center owners through targeted leadership programs.
Willis began his career with Keller Williams in 1991 and has held numerous pivotal roles, including team leader, market center owner, operating principal, and regional director. He first stepped into executive leadership as KWRI President from 2002–2005, then as CEO from 2005–2015
Returning in November 2023 as CEO and regaining the title of President in March 2024, Willis guided the company through significant strategic initiatives—most notably modernization of agent training systems and a high-profile leadership restructuring—until January 2025

In January 2025, he passed the CEO baton to assume a newly created role as Chief Leadership Officer—meant to leverage his strengths in mentorship and organizational development—and continues to cultivate leadership across the KW ecosystem.
