Refund Policy

Chandigarh Marathon – Cancellation / Transfer / Refund Policy

We value your participation and commitment to the Chandigarh Marathon. To ensure transparency and fairness for all participants, please note the following:

1. Cancellation, Transfer, or Refund

• Registrations once completed cannot be cancelled, transferred, or refunded under any circumstances.
• Adjustment of fees towards future events is also not permitted.

2. Event Cancellation due to Unforeseeable Circumstances

• In the unlikely event of cancellation due to unforeseen situations (including force majeure conditions), the registration fee will not be refunded.

3. Specific Case – COVID-19 or Other External Disturbances

• If a new wave of COVID-19 or any other external factor compels cancellation, the on-ground race will be converted into a Non-Timed Virtual Race.
• There will be no option to transfer or adjust registration fees to future events.
• Physical entitlements such as the official Race T-shirt, Finisher Medal (subject to race completion), and any other applicable items will be shipped to participants within 50 days after the virtual event.
