EVENT SCHEDULE
12:30pm - Salsa Contestants Register
1:00pm - Doors Open - FREE Entrance with FREE Candy for kids under 12yrs.
1:00pm - Salsa Contest Voting Begins ($5 to sample & judge)
1-1:30pm - Painted Pumpkins Entered/Displayed (Judged by age group: 6 & under, 7-9, 10-12, 13 - Adult)
1:30-3:30pm - Free Kids Face/Hand Tatoos
3:00pm - Kids Halloween Costume Parade
4:15pm - Pumpkin Contest Results
4:30pm - Salsa Contest Results
Concessions Available All Afternoon!
Salsa Contest: Pay $5 to sample the salsas and cast your votes! Winners will be decided by people’s choice vote, prizes awarded in 3 categories:
Hottest, Best overall, Most Unique.
All are welcome to participate in the Salsa
Contest and even sell their salsa!
We will hold a Vendor Fair and Kids Events at the same time.
Vendors, Crafters and Bakers are welcome.

Salsa Contest Details:
• No cost to enter your homemade Salsa!
• Contestants arrive early at 12:30pm, bring 2-3 quarts of salsa, a serving bowl and serving spoon for your salsa.
• Each contestant will be assigned a number, and a numbered place card will sit in front of their serving bowl. This number will be used for voting purposes. Card will indicate if hot, medium, or mild.
• Only homemade salsas can be entered. They can be freshly made or canned/preserved using hot water canning method.
• We will provide tortilla chips, plates, napkins, utensils, etc.

We need Vendors for our Salsa Festival!
Saturday, Oct. 25 from 1-5pm.
• Artists, Crafters, Bakers, Vendors, Independent Consultants are welcome.
• We will limit independent consultants to one booth per company. (Pampered Chef, Mary Kay, etc.)
• Independent consultants please check with me before you pay your booth fee.
• $20 for a 10×10 booth or $30 for a 15x10 booth. Chairs provided. Pre-payment is REQUIRED to reserve your booth.
• Booth set up at11am. Please unload, then move your vehicle to the fenced in north parking lot.
• Concessions and adult beverages available.
• Non-refundable payment via Venmo or check mailed-in is required to a reserve space.
