Introduction To Canning

Kari Lamkins, from the 4H department of Cornell Cooperative Extension Clinton County, will be here to present the basics of canning and preserving foods. She will discuss:

- The basics of pressure canning and hot water bath canning.
- Learn proper safety practices.
- Finding the right recipe.
- What foods need to be pressure canned vs. hot water bath canned.
