Join us for an evening of culinary delights featuring traditional French cuisine in a unique, historical setting. Enjoy specialty hand selected wines ranging from light, crisp whites to deep, full-bodied reds.

$130 per person
Advance reservations are strongly recommended for this special dinner and is exclusively for our guests age 21 and older.

Each of the five courses include a featured wine pairing to complement the dish.

-First Course
Soupe de Cresson
A bright, yet mellow, peppery flavor, traditional “Recette de Grand-Mere”, or Grandmother’s recipe, with watercress and potatoes.
Paired with: Ladoucette Les Deux Tours Sauvignon Blanc, 2023
-Second Course
Salade Niçoise
A house-hold, catch all salad based on seasonal garden bounty plus anchovies, a staple in Mediterranean pantries. Over the years, everything under the sun has been added.

Intermezzo

Escargot
“Burgundy Snails” have been consumed since prehistoric times. With a mild, earthy flavor that has evolved from a poor man’s meal to a sophisticated, luxurious delicacy.

-Fourth Course
Coq au Vin
A classical French stew in which the chicken is braised slowly in red wine and brandy with lardons and vegetables that creates a supremely rich, flavorful sauce and tender meat.

-Finale
Crème Brulee
A rich and creamy French dessert, meaning “Burnt Cream” featuring a smooth custard base topped with hardened, caramelized sugar.
