Simbang Gabi 2025 [Day 7]

We continue this beloved Christmas tradition from the Philippines -- novenary masses leading up to Christmas Day. Our host parish will again be Our Lady of Prompt Succor in Chalmette. Note the later start time which is due to the fact that there is a mass at 6:00 p.m. for the parishioners of our host church.
The main celebrant for this seventh mass is a "repeat" celebrant, Rev. Abelardo Gabriel, Pastor of Notre Dame de Perpetuel Secours Catholic Church in St. Martinville. The hosts for the evening are the Missionary Families of Christ (MFC) and the New Orleans Asian American Lions Club (NOAALC). Halina po't magsamba!
