Simbang Gabi 2025 [Day 1]

We continue this beloved Christmas tradition from the Philippines -- novenary masses leading up to Christmas Day. Our host parish will again be Our Lady of Prompt Succor in Chalmette. The main celebrant for this first mass is a well-known friend from the Diocese of Houma-Thibodaux, the Very Rev. Vicente DeLa Cruz, Pastor of St. Joseph Co-Cathedral in Thibodaux. The hosts for the evening are the two organizations: Kapitbahay of Greater New Orleans (KBGNO) and the New Orleans Filipino American Lions Club (NOFALC). Halina po't magsamba!
