We’re so proud to be hosting our fourth Menopause Awareness Evening, and we’d love you to join us.
This event is all about real, useful information, open conversation, and feeling supported.

You’ll hear from brilliant guest speakers, including a local GP Jo Dent and a Sexual health nurse Annie, alongside experts in hair, permanent make-up, nutrition, fitness and wellbeing.

It’s an informative, empowering evening designed to help you better understand menopause and how to support your body mind and well being, through the challenges that Menopause can bring.
