Conscious Discipline - From Chaos to Calm with Young Children

This will be a dinner and discussion group. A free meal is provided for families then we will have a parent group with a focus on discipline and an open gym playgroup for the kids.

Come learn some new techniques that help us calm young children, help them regulate and create routines that help them thrive!
