The Wollombi School Community Centre is proud to coordinate the Wollombi Easter Market Day, on Easter Monday, the 6th of April, 2026.
Bookings for stall sites will commence on Feb 23rd, 2026. Details for bookings will be posted as soon as they have been formalised.
All Wollombi Market Days are coordinated and run by happy, willing volunteers to raise funds for local community not-for-profit organisations. Now is, therefore, an appropriate time to invite volunteers to offer their willingness to help make this market as successful as possible.
We need volunteers to:
- prepare the Cattle Sales Yard paddock for stalls;
- help usher in stall holders on Sunday afternoon and/or Monday morning;
- help with parking instructions at the various car parking areas;
- assist stall holders if they require assistance or have any questions
- smile and hold donation buckets at the gates entering the paddock;
- monitor the toilets in Slacks Park and the Absoloo portable toilets for toilet paper and for cleanliness;
- clean up after the event...
Other jobs will also require volunteers, but it is our intention to inspire volunteers, not to scare them off. All volunteers will recieve...nothing...but love, thanks and kudos for their help (Certificates can be handed out to those who want them).
