Hello everyone, this is a reminder for our upcoming health and wellbeing event, which aims to promote Health awareness and Preventive care for local residents, hosted by Aurora Supports.
At Zen Wellness, we have been invited to participate as healthcare practitioners to demonstrate self-care techniques and provide complimentary head, neck, and shoulder massages.💆🏼♀️💆🏼♂️
Due to some chronic pain issues, Pookie has prepared cupping and dry needling to potentially relieve pain and improve the quality of life for our local residents, especially the elderly or retired pensioners, who may experience difficulties in accessing health services.(It is totally free of charge.)😊
We would like to take this opportunity to give back to our local community.
