Eclipse Soundbath

Join us for a crystal bowl soundbath designed to ground your energy, support nervous system reset, and open space for inner clarity. The energy of this new moon asks us to be intentional, practical, and connected to our body’s wisdom — Leading into a Solar Eclipse and the Equinox is a very sacred time and a perfect foundation for this evening’s practice.

There will also be time for journaling, integrating insights, and anchoring intentions for this new lunar cycle.

Chairs and yoga mats are available, but if you would like please bring a blanket and or cushion, or whatever else that allows yourself to be comfortable. Bring your journal as there will be time after the session to journal, or allowing your higherSelf to speak to you.
